Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. Free trial

Plans that include a free trial will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds are provided at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Accidental charges reported within 7 days of the charge.
  • Technical failures on our side that prevent you from using the service.
  • Duplicate charges.

4. Non-refundable cases

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused features, or cancellations after a charge has been processed, except as listed above.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@careerops.in with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Payment processor

Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
