Terms of Service — Career Ops

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Career Ops, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligible use

You must use Career Ops lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the content of emails sent through your connected Gmail account and for complying with applicable anti-spam and employment laws.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues through the end of your current paid period. All amounts are charged in INR through Razorpay.

We do not store your card or UPI credentials. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay subject to their terms.

5. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel anytime. Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical failures or accidental charges within 7 days of a charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

Career Ops is a tool to help you discover and apply to roles. We do not guarantee job offers, interview responses, or application outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
